Brand imagery – Build relationships and directly liaison with French Connection head-quarters on VM themes, in-store graphics, colour stories, mannequin styling, window display & merchandise display.Conceptualizing and implementing window & in-store concepts to support specific business needs in India and responsible for maintaining & monitoring the in-store experience & brand image through display changes and various customer interface points like store staff, windows, music & fixtures, store signage’s and product adjacencies. •Staff Management – Lead and direct a team of store & area visual merchandisers to ensure accurate implementation of weekly and monthly visual directives. Also, create training and skill enhancement of store staff by developing VM training modules and conducting regional training workshops.•Store Operations – Supporting merchandising and sales team through innovative store displays that increase specific SKU based sales, e.g. layering, creating different looks, etc. Support smooth functioning of store operations by formulizing seasonal brand dockets, Mock Shop set-up, Mannequin styling guidelines and End of Season Sale packs and weekly visual guides.•Store Design and zoning - Liaise with the projects team for zoning, planogram creation, circulation plan, branding and visual space planning for new stores within the region.•Vendor and Cost Management –Sourcing vendors, materials and execution partners to support VM concept execution across retail and wholesale touch points.Control, capture and monitor operational and capital expenses related to VM and send regular reports to Head VM & Finance.
