ABOUT KUNAL KUREEL

Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing and automotive component quality, currently working on Cummins Project Atlas at Sintex by Welspun. I handle end-to-end quality operations — from shop-floor inspection to final dispatch — ensuring zero-defect delivery and complete product traceability. My work involves managing high-volume inspection data, coordinating CMM validation, and making data-driven quality decisions in direct collaboration with customers. I have implemented robust traceability systems, including barcode tracking that links manufacturing data, dimensional results, surface roughness (Ra), and part identification for every component. Alongside execution, I contribute to quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives with exposure to AIAG core tools such as PFMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP, along with MQV and Zero Defect Manufacturing practices. I actively participate in customer reviews and ESM discussions, ensuring alignment between shop-floor operations and system-level quality requirements. I believe quality is not just inspection, but a system-driven approach where defects are prevented at the source. I am always open to learning, taking ownership, and contributing to high-impact manufacturing environments.
