Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance and services the vital machine, equipment and industrial process system of sinter plant like “Sinter Machine, ESP, Bag-filter Single-roll crushers, Four-roll crushers, Mixing Drum, Screen, Cooler, Weigh feeder, Vibro Feeder, pallet car, Conveyor Belt (Drive, Roller, Brackets, Pulleys & etc.) Chain Conveyor, Screw Conveyor, Pneumatic Conveyor etc. Planning execution of Shutdown and Breakdown of the plant. Maintain and arrange spare for the plant. Handling 50+ Associate & contractor manpower. IMS Coordinator from Sinter Plant Mechanical. Preparing JHA, JSA & SOP of daily activities. Maintaining documentation checklist, defect list, SMP etc. Doing new implementation & modification for plant.
