Helping Barclays GTIS and CTO to transform the Change delivery function to become focussed on customer-centricity and delivery of measurable value to the customers.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the transformation of the Change process for the combined portfolios of CTO and GTIS• Lead the 2024 customer focussed book of work planning and interlock across Tech for GTIS-CTO• Standardise Jira tooling usage and agile ‘ways of working’ across product and project teams Key Achievements:• Designed and implemented a framework that works for both Product and Project delivery • Brought 100% of the change initiatives (~70% were not under governance) under the oversight of a unified GTIS-CTO Change governance• Created an enterprise-wide dependency interlock process between GTIS-CTO and rest of Tech (reviewed dependencies for 100+ initiatives and conducted cross-functional roadmap review events)• Working with product teams across GTIS and CTO and for 200+ backlogs standardised the issue type definitions, issue hierarchy, workflows and reporting• Created an Agile coaching capability with in-house experts. Conducted basics training for colleagues

ABOUT KUNAL CHATTERJEE
I am a Programme Manager. I help organisations on end to end execution of programmes and to build and scale Change capabilities and achieve their strategic objectives.Currently I am helping Barclays CTO and Group Infrastructure Services to transform their Change delivery function to become focussed on customer-centricity and delivery of measurable value to the customers.I am passionate about finding a way through challenges and bringing people together under a common and exciting vision. I come from a hard core technical background in Mainframes and throughout my career I have learned how technology and risk and control works in Banking. These help me as I transforming and deliver Change (for the past 20 years).I was born in a small town near Darjeeling in India and now live in Rochester, Kent with my wife and 17 year old ‘kitten’. I try to support nature in every way I can (officially the feeder of starlings and sparrows in my street). I am also passionate about music (almost did my ABRSM grade 1 for guitar!) and do a bit of writing whenever I can.
