Lead the product development from concept to launch for multiple OEMs (Tesla, Honda, Stellantis,Audi) and Tier 1 supplier for chassis suspension components (knuckle, control arm, sub-frames). Led the customer design change request by analyzing the target specification, creating 3D CAD and FEA models to kick off design iterations. Successfully developed and implemented design best practices to improve product performance and manufacturability, reduce cost and ensure safe production launch. Participate in business development: new business wins (IQR packages), supplier technical reviews, quotation and timing review. Create and maintain BOM, DFMEA, DVP & R, ED & T, cost Model through CN process. Establish GD & T assembly requirements for pressed in Bushings and Ball joints using standardized min, nom, max interference conditions. Serve as primary contact for the customer technical team and obtain design approvals. Participated in VA/VE sessions and generated annual savings up to 500K USD through design and process optimization and led the change management process by assuming the Program management role.
