ABOUT KRYS M.
I support schools across the education sector; state, MAT and independent, to build inclusive, sustainable cultures where staff and students can thrive. My work focuses on the leadership, strategy and capacity needed to make inclusion meaningful and measurable. This often includes:• Whole-school EDI strategy and action planning• Policy development and governance reporting• Curriculum review and staff development• Culture, community and student voice• Leadership coaching and capacity-building• Training, CPD and high-quality implementationAlongside advisory work, I provide fractional (outsourced) EDI leadership for schools who need depth and consistency without creating a full-time post. This model is increasingly used by schools where:• Senior and pastoral teams are stretched• Inclusion work spans multiple domains• Governors want clearer reporting• A single individual cannot carry the full remit• Long-term, specialist support is neededI’ve had the privilege of working with MATs, primary and secondary schools, and a range of independent schools. My approach is strategic, relational and grounded in the realities of school life; safeguarding, workload, curriculum, pastoral systems and culture. If you’d like to explore how your school is structuring EDI leadership or capacity, I’m always happy to share what we’re seeing across the sector.
