I manage a team of privacy professionals in the US, Philippines, Canada, and Europe, spanning the world in responsibilities. Provide advice and counsel to meet legal obligations and legal requirements under US, EU, APAC, LATAM, and other application legal frameworks- Provide legal advice and insight on all aspects of privacy and data protection law, including cybersecurity law, AI/AI ethics, SEC cybersecurity reporting and NYDFS cybersecurity requirements- Partner with and advise technical teams to investigate potential privacy and security issues and ensure compliance with applicable law- Active in product development, evolution, and emerging technology- Engage and educate the company, meeting people where they are and elevating them about privacy, data protection, cyber law, and third party risk management- Oversee all privacy / data protection contractual obligations, along with supplier contracts- Implement and maintain external and internal privacy and legal related policies and processes in line with industry-standard frameworks- Inform and educate the Audit Committee of the Board of Dorectors on privacy, data protection, cyber law, and third party risk management.
