Contribution to Portfolio Objectives/ Transformation & Execution OKRs -* Build reporting roadmap based on understanding of reporting needs and requirements and existing reporting capability in Jira Align. Roadmap to include strategic(MT level) and operational reports(transparency of portfolio)* Publish executive dashboards(monthly/quarterly) with actionable insights summarising KPI/metrics (both enterprise and portfolios) showing attainment of enterprise and portfolio objectives.* Publish Reports in line with the roadmap(containing actionable insights) which drive transparency into operations of portfolios (spend, resources, efforts etc) and Technology operations.* Work with Portfolio Operations Managers and Scrum Masters organisations to provide actionable insights on reports published.Execute the defined role, actively own the function to maximize transparency of operations of the portfolio and provide information to facilitate data driven decisions-* Work with Portfolio Operations Managers to gain an understanding of the objectives which can be used to drive actionable insights.* Contribute to development of the reporting roadmap.Actively contribute to the effectiveness of the Portfolio -* Meet stakeholder expectations: Drive delivery of the reporting roadmap as per agreed timelines, scope and quality (this includes privatisation, work allocation, stakeholder management).* Drive efficiencies and reporting storage and retrieval of data (which is to be used for reporting)* Enable success of the team by fostering collaboration within the team and externally with Portfolio Operations Managers other Transformation & Execution members and Portfolio Managers
