Hi! I’m Kristina – strategist at heart, always looking for ways to connect creativity, technology, and business growth. As Executive Strategy Director at SYZYGY – a digital agency with 600 employees and €71.7M in revenue – I help brands shape the future of customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation. I specialize in digital business strategies, strategic portfolio management, innovation, and future readiness – translating consumer insights and market dynamics into strategies that drive growth. I believe in technology that works for people – using Generative AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to make knowledge more accessible, businesses more efficient, and customer experiences more personal. I love facilitating conversations that spark new thinking and often share insights as a speaker and event conceptualizer. Beyond my role at SYZYGY, I’m passionate about creating space for diverse leadership. As part of the ‘Working Moms’ network, I help drive change for working parents and female leaders. I also contribute to Universal Home, a thought leadership network exploring the future of living, working, and leading. Within this round of experts I enable sharing knowledge, growing talent, and accelerating new business models. On a personal level, I love building and growing my family, which constantly inspires me to explore new paths, perspectives, and opportunities. Staying active – whether playing tennis, skiing, or athletics – is my way of recharging, especially when shared with others.
