Collaborate with Business Development and other key staff to help formulate project plans for CRM related marketing initiatives. Extract, analyze and report on complex data from CRM and email marketing system to derive business insights related to events, client engagement and trends. Work on data management, integrations and data quality control (clean up, standardization and verification) in the firm\'s CRM system, InterAction. Perform Daily CRM Maintenance and project-based tasks including, creating and running reports for Business Development, resolve data issues, running data quality searches and data imports. Collaborate with BD and other key staff to ensure the Firm\'s intelligence platform, Foundation, is being used efficiently in order to expand existing client relationships and build new relationships. Assist in managing profiles related to clients, experience, lawyers, and award rankings, to support client development initiatives. In collaboration with the BD and New Business teams, create, export templates and reports that will be used for pitching etc.Perform daily maintenance of the database with a particular focus on data quality, accuracy and expediency of processing, as well as leading the execution of data loads.
