Hello there!Agile enthusiast, Passionate Servant Leader and your Friendly Cheerleader- Advocate for change and continuous improvement - Fostering collaboration and thoughtful ways of working - Product and FUN mindset I started my banking career as a college Intern (and what my dad would say “a degree in cheerleading”) seeking a summer internship. From then until now I’ve held roles in, Insurance/Annuities, Retail Banking, Corporate Payables, Operations and most recently Agile; where I dipped my toes into nearly every banking scenario you can think of. I’ve had the great opportunity to grow with several companies and find my true passion in Agile and servant leadership. Outside of the bank, My husband and I are busy with two little girls, Baylor and Lakyn I’ve made it my mission to discover Minnesota’s best cheeseburgers and of course accompanied by a craft brew! I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, shopping, and enjoying the wonderful seasons of Minnesota I’m a two time Twin Cities Marathon finisher, a lover of golf and an avid traveler and not afraid to bust out a dance move in Daily Scrum!
