I represent healthcare clients in a range of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. A focal area of my practice is advising healthcare providers, emerging companies, health IT vendors, and investors in the digital health industry on regulatory and strategic matters relating to telehealth and other health technology products, platforms, and services. I work with digital health start-ups, IT vendors, and health systems to develop and implement telehealth networks and arrangements throughout the United States and internationally. I frequently advise my clients on fraud and abuse, health information privacy and security, billing and reimbursement, and licensing and accreditation matters. I also provide strategic counsel on health regulatory requirements and risks related to mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring matters, private equity investment, and healthcare lending transactions. I further assist clients with the development of compliance programs and have served as an independent compliance reviewer for entities under Corporate Integrity Agreements.
