As an operator, I build products and services that help leaders and organizations reconnect with their most powerful renewable resource: their own energy.I’m a mom of two, which means my capacity isn’t theoretical, it’s lived, daily. Managing energy is non-negotiable when you\'re responsible for growing a company and a family. SORCE was born not just from a professional vision, but from the necessity to heal my own relationship with energy, identity, and self-worth. Building this company rebuilt me.I’m a black sheep by nature, and by choice. I build intentional the world says fast. Regenerative when the world says extractive. Relational when the world says scalable.I didn’t want to burn out or blow up my life to be “successful.” I wanted to create a life that could hold complexity - of being human, being a woman, being a leader and a mother, and not choosing one over the other.At SORCE, we build for wholeness.
