I am the Founder of Land Development Network, a UK strategic land investment and land structuring platform operating across Scotland and Northern England.My focus sits within the strategic land sector, specifically the identification, control and structured exit of development land. We secure sites through option agreements and conditional contracts, manage planning strategy, and structure transactions within ring-fenced SPVs.Land Development Network concentrates on off-market land acquisition, planning risk assessment and disciplined commercial negotiation. Our work centres on creating alignment between landowners, housebuilders and professional capital, with a strong emphasis on control before capital deployment.Operating primarily within Scotland’s Central Belt and parts of Northern England, we assess land based on planning policy, infrastructure viability, buyer demand and realistic exit pricing. Strategic land investment requires careful site selection, structured legal control and clear governance at SPV level.With close to a decade of experience in property and land transactions, my role is focused on land origination, deal structuring and transaction management within the UK strategic land market.
