Within the department of Customer Service & Communications, the Marketing & Branding division works with internal departments, agencies, and offices to support their communications and growth goals. From full-scale multi-channel ad campaigns to online engagement development, I lead the division in the creation of strategy, ad placement, documents and graphics creation, videos and related marketing activities. The division also manages the City of Winnipeg brand and recently implemented updated brand standards, which includes new fonts, an expanded colour palette, as well as styles for icons, shapes and photography.
