I design case studies that don’t just teach—they disrupt, challenge, and transform.In this role, I create culturally responsive, law enforcement-focused case studies for Penn State Dickinson Law’s Antiracist Certificate Program. My work bridges real-world policing experience with equity-centered design to help institutions shift how they approach accountability, training, and justice. My work is rooted in trauma-informed practices and design thinking—so public safety professionals, educators, and leaders can move from compliance to conscious leadership.This isn’t theory. This is systems work. And it’s designed to shift the culture from the inside out.
