If we were grabbing a coffee and you asked me how I ended up here, I’d tell you that I’ve always been a builder at heart. I love that \"Zero-to-One\" phase.the messy, exciting window where an idea is just a spark and needs the right engine to turn it into something that lasts.My career actually started in the trenches of business development and sales. It gave me a front-row seat to what people actually care about when making a buying decision. It taught me that marketing isn\'t about being the loudest person in the room; it’s about being the best translator. My job is to take a complex, technical \"why\" and turn it into a clear, human story that people actually care about.I’m not a micromanager; I’m a barrier-remover. I’ll figure out what’s stopping my team from doing their best work and get it out of their way. I genuinely care about their individual goals because I’ve seen firsthand that when people feel supported, they can hit huge targets without burning out.A huge part of who I am comes from the time I spent as a Global Facilitator for Techstars Startup Weekend. For nearly a decade, I spent my weekends mentoring entrepreneurs as they tried to build prototypes and business plans in 54-hour sprints. That high-tenacity,\"figure it out\" energy is still my default setting. It taught me how to pivot quickly and always keep the focus on the human on the other side of the screen.I’m a firm believer that connection is the ultimate competitive advantage. I’ve built entire communities and industry summits from scratch, not because it was a \"marketing tactic,\" but because I realized the people I wanted to talk to didn\'t have a place to gather.At the end of the day, I build the frameworks that help innovation scale. I’m just as happy talking strategy as I am getting my hands dirty to help the team cross the finish line.
