My entire career has been spent in the live entertainment industry. From arenas to radio management. I firmly believe that the key to success for many of us is to simply never give up. I can be a \"dog on a bone\" when it comes to success. I don\'t think I have missed an annual budget more than once or twice in the last 20 years. Budgets are not goals, they are mandatory. You don\'t want the pilot on your next flight to announce over the PA that his \"goal\" is to land the plane! If he does, get off. If you are not willing to expend every ounce of energy to achieve goals, get off the team.Specialties: I was once praised by a peer as an architect of business. I enjoy brainstorming and designing plans for success as well as the daunting task of guiding a business through those plans. Nothing is more rewarding than success.
