ABOUT KATHERINE AUGUST-DEWILDE

As an independent corporate board member and C-suite executive, I’m passionate about applying my 30-plus years of experience to help executives and boards set and execute growth strategies to build and scale, create strong brands and increase shareholder value. I also serve as president and CEO of the Partnership for San Francisco, which brings together private-sector expertise to accelerate solutions to the City’s most pressing challenges. I currently serve on six corporate and nonprofit boards: Sunrun (NASDAQ:RUN); Eventbrite (NYSE:EB); Newfront (corporate-private); Instawork (corporate-private); Tipping Point Community (nonprofit); and the San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund (nonprofit). I am an advisor to younger CEOs seeking to build their enterprises and teams, access capital and drive market value. I gain great satisfaction from advising CEOs and founders of emerging companies to help define and reach that next level of growth and scale.I previously served as vice chair and board member of First Republic Bank, after retiring as president and chief operating officer in 2015. During my tenure, First Republic was an exceedingly profitable and well-managed enterprise, earning multiple awards for performance, brand loyalty, service excellence and social responsibility.Philanthropy, travel, public speaking and spending time with my husband David and four grown children round out a very full and rewarding life.
