Deliver Inventory Op plan on timed. Factory Productivity 90% to meete. Deliver Factory functional cost and variance rates to OP plan• Cost Drive:4. As a Leader, we have a proven track record of executing on schedule and on budget for our customers throughout our steam power plant services. a. Reduce Lead time through continuous improvement culture engaging employees from all level.b. Leading Lean Action Work out project- 3 Nos in a yearc. Focusing on cost reduction by using lean tools like VSM, SWCC, SWS, P-FMEA, Kaizen approach, L1-L2-L3 Solution approach, PDCA approach etc.d. Maintain good 5S at shop floor for reducing hazard and waste reduction.
