Vacuum form and pressure form tool designs.NC programming for 3axis and 5axis machines using NX 9.0 andMASTERCAM.Creating drawings using NX drafting and releasing the designs and drawings throughTEAMCENTER.Check and correct the tool path errors, fixture and clamps, tool shank and holdercollisions and detect CAD/CAM and post-processor bugs through VERICUT.Proper tool plan and speeds and feeds plan depend on material and operation.Jigs and fixtures design & drafting depend on process and operation for assembly andbonding process.First article proving and Sequence of operations plan and component machining methods.Following Quality Systems process documentation (i.e. 5S, AS9100).
