As a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer responsible for securing critical infrastructure across maritime (naval vessels) and utility grid operations. Partner with customers to deliver cybersecurity-focused automation and control system solutions from concept through commissioning, ensuring high reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction- Lead cybersecurity and product engineering efforts for naval shipboard systems and utility grid control environments (OT/ICS)- Serve as primary customer interface, managing technical execution, project delivery, and stakeholder alignment across engineering and program milestones- Define system architecture, technical specifications, and cybersecurity requirements for PLCs, HMIs, network infrastructure, sensors, drives, and third-party integrations- Develop and validate hardware designs, network architectures, and control system configurations for secure and resilient operations- Create software functional specifications, cybersecurity standards, and secure development practices for complex process control systems- Performed system hardening, patching, and secure commissioning of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial network switches, including firmware upgrades, configuration baselining, and vulnerability remediation aligned with OT cybersecurity best practices.
