I am a Transformation Lead EMEA at Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart and sustainable buildings. I work on strategic projects that aim to improve the performance, efficiency, and quality of the organization from Customer Call Centre to Sales.I have a Master\'s Degree in Management for Business Excellence from the University of Warwick, where I learned how to apply the EFQM Model to various business contexts, and how to assess and benchmark organizational excellence. I also have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and I use data-driven and analytical skills to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure outcomes.I have led and coached teams to achieve process improvement and financial goals, using DMAIC and Lean at Manufacturing environments. I have delivered value to my stakeholders by reducing waste, increasing productivity, and enhancing quality.I am passionate about learning new methods and tools to enhance my competencies and deliver value to my stakeholders.
