ABOUT KATIE KEALING

I am currently an Epic Client Solutions Partner at TruTeam Staffing Advisors, a firm uniquely dedicated to Epic solutions. Epic is all we do, and we excel in this niche. My mission is to foster partnerships grounded in integrity, transparency, and mutual respect. With a strong focus on relationship building and communication, I aim to deliver personalized solutions that align with our clients\' unique needs and cultures, ensuring our services are pivotal to the success of the healthcare organizations we serve. Before my role in staffing, I spent many years as an elementary teacher, where I developed a passion for lifelong learning, empathy, and meaningful relationships. Transitioning into medical sales—a field many said I couldn\'t enter without prior experience—taught me the importance of belief and opportunity. I had the privilege of working with incredible mentors who took a chance on me based on their instincts and the conviction that I could make a difference. I feel the same support from my team at TruTeam, and I am determined to prove to them, myself, and future clients that I can positively impact their lives. On a personal note, I’m a wife to an extremely hard working and supportive man and momma to three wonderful kids. I’m committed to blending my life as a mom with my role at TruTeam, demonstrating that while it’s challenging, it’s entirely possible—and when surrounded by the right people and company, it can also be fun and exciting!
