I’m the founder of POS Index, a payment device research and comparison platform built for merchants and payment processing professionals who want clarity without sales pressure.POS Index helps users compare terminals, card readers, and POS systems side-by-side, identify devices from photos, and get neutral, AI-assisted guidance on hardware decisions without pushing processing rates, contracts, or affiliate bias.I built the platform after seeing how often merchants and reps alike are forced to make equipment decisions based on incomplete information, outdated specs, or vendor agendas. POS Index is designed to be the opposite: practical, transparent, and hardware-focused.Beyond research and comparison, the platform includes a Merchant CRM to help payment professionals track merchants, installed equipment, and notes in one place, plus AI tools for education, scripting, and training.My focus is on building tools that make the payments ecosystem easier to navigate for both businesses choosing equipment and professionals supporting them.
