Following the outstanding success of bringing VP-level hiring in-house, where the initiative consistently delivered exceptional results in attracting and securing top executive talent while reducing costs and improving efficiency, the team has now expanded its scope to include Director-level hiring. This milestone further reinforces our ability to deliver a streamlined, strategic and effective approach to executive recruitment, ensuring we meet the company’s evolving leadership needs in a competitive market.> Responsible for external executive hiring at the Director+ level on a global scale, driving the in-house executive recruitment initiative> Contributed to the design and implementation of the Recruitment Architecture and Key Initiatives (RAKI), helping establish a structured process for executive-level hiring> Lead intake calls with Sr VP hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on expectations and develop tailored search strategies> Solely responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates, providing detailed feedback to Hiring Managers on the candidate pool> Managed the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer, ensuring a seamless process and timely updates for all stakeholders> Create and present compelling decks to Hiring Managers, providing detailed candidate profiles and market insights to support decision-making> Collaborate with the compensation team to design competitive offers, including base salary, RSUs, and other compensation components, ensuring alignment with company standards
