Responsible for leading a team of L2/L3 Cisco and Microsoft Teams Engineers, managing onsite staff, and ensuring the successful implementation of network solutions (WebEx Dedicated Instance and MS Teams Voice) across various locations in Texas. Lead and assist technicians in dealing with end customers and communicate with clients to determine project start and end points. Interface with the customer (State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission) to give them project details and updates.This is project-based contract position to partially migrate Texas HHSC to Microsoft Teams and perform a hardware refresh and migration from on-prem Cisco CUCM to Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (cloud) on the rest of the customer\'s telecom infrastructure, which includes over 300 locations and endpoints.
