I am passionate about how organizations identify and develop leaders who can drive meaningful change. In my role at Memorial Hermann Health System, I support executive and senior leadership development by partnering on succession planning, coaching engagements, and assessments to strengthen our leadership pipeline.As a PhD student in Human Resource Development, my research examines executive search as a form of organizational diagnosis and explores how leadership selection can serve as both a strategic and developmental process. I enjoy connecting evidence-based insights with practical solutions that help organizations grow through their people.
