I work in the Home Energy Scotland SE team which is a Scottish Government funded service, delivered by Changeworks in the South East and Highlands & Islands.Main areas of work:Lead the communications strategy for a regional advice centre, driving delivery across 49 annual KPIs focused on carbon reduction and public engagement.Manage and mentor the outreach, campaigns, and events team, and co-lead the centre’s Facilitation Team to ensure coordinated delivery.Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns, overseeing all paid media, print assets, and digital collateral from concept to delivery.Develop and nurture cross-sector partnerships to advance inclusion goals and extend programme reach.Oversee the centre’s marketing budget, collaborating with operations teams on audience segmentation, strategic planning, and performance insight.Lead internal communications for a 50-person team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement across programmes and functions.
