Joined CS as a permanent employ in July 2022. CS was taken over by UBS and officially became a UBS employee in Sept 2024. I have varied industry experience including media, banking, financial services, government, pharmaceutical, utilities and media. The projects I have worked on have varied between small to large, consortium, joint venture, outsourcing etc. The range of projects I have undertaken over the last 19 years have been diverse, with the primary focus of Project Co-ordination (eg, creating meeting packs/minute taking, progress reporting, RAID’s, change control, budgeting, project plans etc). I have also provided consultancy services that have included an Activity Analysis of a Government Department.Skills:• Currently tracking the decommissioning of 80 apps within the Prime & RCM area for CS. This entailed: learning how to decom an app, Records Management, Legal Hold, archiving etc.• Release Manager for 2 years• Managed 2 projects with limited support from the PM’s.• Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages including MS Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition experienced with Lotus Notes, and Sageline 50. • Communicating effectively both written and oral and able to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, staff and 3rd party suppliers at all levels of hierarchy.• Extensive experience in creating packs for high level meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions.• I can multi-task, protect sensitive information when needed. I am proactive, energetic, have an outgoing personality, very good at working in teams and on my own initiative.• Extensive experience in co-ordinating large office moves.• Able to travel to client sites anywhere in the UK/Europe, although not keen for overseas work or jobs not close to home and can be flexible with regard to hours of work.
