Member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet and spokesperson for the administration and the Board of Education for Canyons School District, a public K12 school system with employees and students. Assist District leadership with patron correspondence and presentations. Co-manage a talented and creative team of professionals who are responsible for District branding, websites, media relations, and the digital and content marketing calendar for Canyons and its 47 schools and programs. The department also: manages crisis communications, conducts customer service audits and trainings; handles all internal communications and planning of major events; designs, writes and edits all newsletters and promotional material; manages the District’s social media channels; and responds to public information requests.
