I take pride in my ability to create training content for all aspect of Continuous Improvement which I have successfully rolled that out across ALL Victrex sites: USA, UK and China.My portfolio of training covers the following topics: SMED Minitab, MSA, SPC, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow and Green Belt) and Problem Solving techniques. I have recently achieved Master Black Belt status in Lean Six Sigma.I not only train and coach, I also participate in many critical Victrex projects- usually heavily data based, of which my extensive Minitab knowledge is vital.I am now an official IATF16949 auditor, my manufacturing departments have just gone through a successful IATF16949 external audit. I attained my project management qualification as part of this activity so that I could lead the team through the continuous improvement aspects needed for the audit.I am a founding member of the CI Community which I have set up across all of the UK sites.I am generally regarded as the ‘subject matter expert’ at the Blackpool site and as such I am leading and participating in events covering similar incongruities at our other UK and USA sites. This is imperative for the culture change / progression that is needed for the ongoing success of Victrex.
