Responsible for managing the bath department for Matrix Home Solutions. I oversee and manage the entire process from sales to final payment.I work closely with sales, production, and ownership to help improve processes. Ultimately, my goal is to increase revenue and grow the bath department by providing knowledge and support throughout the process. Working with sales reps over 5 markets to help provide errorless contracts and profitable sales. I provide support to the sales team whenever needed and I enjoy working with them.I oversee all bath division orders for 5 locations and help to provide solutions to material issues or restrictions. Always working to achieve the accuracy of all orders and to improve product selections.Overseeing warehouse management to ensure efficient reception and storage of materials. Managing the production and installations for the Chicago Market. Working with Installers to solve issues and provide a great experience to our customers.Work with ownership to help meet goals and to increase productivity where possible.Work with ownership and the purchasing dept. to help explore and roll out the best products available. We are constantly adapting to the changes in the product market.
