Currently over the last 11 yrs my food industry experience has been with IDF, Inc. I presently manage our Dried Meats and Broth with 5 dryers. During these 11 years I have learned how to manage box dryers, IFD dryers and a fluid bed dryer. Each dryer is specific for the products they make. Not only do I manage the production side, I manage the sanitation portion of each piece of equipment to ensure the quality of our products.
