As a Vistage Chair, I facilitate a group of local leaders who are looking to take their business tothe next level, who see the value in peer-to-peer conversation, and who are open to growth andlearning. My members lead small and midsize businesses and gather monthly to discuss thebiggest issues they are facing in a confidential and non-competitive environment.Having built and sustained organizations with multi-million dollar growth, my expertise is grounded in a laser focus on developing the right strategy, helping leadership teams execute that strategy, and delivering value to stakeholders. From guidance on capital, mergers, launching new and fortifying existing businesses – it is my job to share my experiences and expertise to move you and your business forward. From managing a $50M P&L to driving revenue growth of nearly $100 Million, I have a history of driving business acceleration.I approach my Chair responsibilities as a privilege born out of the desire to serve those with whom I work. It is not for me to answer your questions, but rather to question your answers.
