ABOUT KIRAN RAVI SRIVASTAVA

I am an FPM scholar in Organization Behaviour at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. I am passionate about creating human-friendly workplaces in the age of AI, transforming workplaces into thriving ecosystems where human potential and technology progress in harmony.My career blends Academia, Mentorship, and Entrepreneurship. I have served as an Assistant professor for over a decade now. I have taught at prestigious institutions, including the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (B.Com, BBM, MBA) and Patna Women’s College, covering courses such as Personnel Counselling, Soft Skills, Accountancy, and Business Communication for MBA, BBA, B.Com, and B.Tech students.As Founder of Kirans Connecting Dots, my online venture, I taught Commerce subjects to high school students from various parts of India & abroad. I have also conducted numerous workshops for CA and CFA aspirants on topics like Time Management, Distraction Management, Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, Mindfulness, and Chakra Meditation. Empowering learners to balance academic success with personal growth.I also served as Head of the Career Development Cell at Sanskrithi Group of Institutions, working closely with the leadership team to accelerate training and placement, negotiate with stakeholders, and strengthen industry relations. Apart from this, I had set up a robust internal placement training team at the college for the B.Tech. & MBA students.Apart from my academic credentials, I am a certified life coach and I am trained in NLP, Chakra Meditation, Art of Divine Light Meditation, Inner Child Healing, etc.Above all, I am an ardent devotee of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, and I am guided by the values of service, compassion, and excellence. My long-term vision is to contribute to humanitarian causes to uplift society and preserve the Indian Culture.
