Doctoral Experience: I am interested in topics in Open Innovation, Crowdsourcing Events, Competitive Advantages and Platforms. Industry Experience: I have five years of experience in the IT Outsourcing sector, which is considered a precursor to Open Innovation in Knowledge Management Literature. My work was based on Telecom Projects for major MNC clients from the US, SA, and the UK, primarily as an Automation Test Engineer. Projects involved Automating the Regression Test Suite for different User Stories. 1) Worked for US Based MNC for an Agile project that involved managing their content for Business User Websites. Also led the Automation and Client Presentation to the Business Head. I\'ve worked with the AEM tool for building websites for the Client. 2) Worked for SA Based MNC for an Agile project that involved implementing a NI/OSS Project that provided FTTx Broadband connectivity end-to-end solution—also engaged in Performance Testing using Apache JMeter and Security Testing using Burp Community Edition. 3) Worked for the UK Based MNC for a project that involved developing Automation Proof of Concepts with SoapUI and MySQL Database for Testing Webservice calls in a Telecom Inventory Management Tool. Also Involved in testing Webservice calls with Proprietary Tools in Automation as well as Manual. 4) Worked in PMO-Project Governance for Resourcing, Vendor Management, Master Agreements, SoW, RDD, and SDD, among others.
