ABOUT KIRAN MANN
I am a visionary who is passionate about developing and implementing sustainable solutions for feeding the future. I have 20 years of experience managing and conducting lab, greenhouse, and field research, evaluating crop nutrition products, specifically fertilizers, biologicals, and biostimulants in a wide variety of soils and environments. I have extensive experience in soil science and agronomy research with a focus on 4R nutrient stewardship, enhanced nutrient and fertilizer use efficiencies, controlled and slow-release nutrients, crop nutrition products’ mode of action, and their effect on plant physiology, soil properties, and the environment. I have expertise in statistically analyzing and reporting complex data to provide data- and science-based agricultural recommendations and develop sustainable agronomic solutions. I am formally trained to develop and position new products via a gated new product development process. I have successfully led the strategic initiatives (starting from the idea\'s inception to the successful commercialization of differentiated products) for product development that had a significant value and impact on organizational innovation and growth.
