I am responsible for the EOL process / Austria and Germany South- West region.The elements of the process for which I am responsible and which I implement are:*taking regulated control of collections, in terms of linking items and terminating in a manner consistentwith the accepted rules of the leases*issuing SA documents; Invoicing for erasure, transport cost and located devices*communication with clients /internal and external customers/ in respect of requested returns and tasks*conducting liaison with Technology Cente deprtments for regarding collections in progress*induction of new team members into the scope of work*continuous acquisition of customers with regard to the ongoing EOL process*initiating verifications and checks of data that the system does not reflect /verifying the issuing oferaSURE invoices for completed returns
