ABOUT KIM RICHARDS

I’ve built a career in Talent Acquisition that’s spanned agency and in-house roles, local and global markets, and everything from hands-on recruitment to leading teams, streamlining and improving processes and shaping strategy. Along the way, I’ve worked across a broad range of industries, always with a focus on delivering great outcomes for both the business and its people. My experience goes well beyond Recruitment. I’ve led employer branding initiatives (with a certification to back it), built onboarding programs, and contributed to a wide range of broader People & Culture projects. I’ve also held a P&C Business Partnering role and worked in the people stream of a major organisational change program, so I understand what it takes to support and lead through transition. From designing sourcing strategies to building hiring manager capability and enhancing candidate experience, I take a practical and collaborative approach to lifting recruitment performance. I’m tech-savvy, outcomes-focused, and known for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. I’m currently available for project-based contracts where I can help address specific talent acquisition challenges or lead broader process improvement initiatives.
