Work closely with recruiting leadership, engaging in discussions with stakeholders and external experts to identify and implement a sourcing strategy that generates candidate flow.• Conduct research and identify recruitment and sourcing strategies to generate candidate leads.• Manage Physician to Physician (P2P) referrals.• Manage Locums by processing name clearances, assignment confirmations, and lead regular meetings with agencies.• Organize and manage registration and planning for conferences and career fairs throughout the country.• Manage the Louisville, KY and Albany, IN markets. Present reports to the team bi-weekly, highlighting physicians who were recruitedand provide schedules for upcoming meetings, conferences, anddinners.•Attend Match Days to recruit medical students for the BaptistHealth residency program.•Build and maintain relationships with rural residency programsand fellowships.•Post regular eBlasts and respond to PracticeLink emails.•Attend career fairs and various conferences to scout new recruits.•Add/delete job postings.•Process invoices for the department in a timely manner.
