As part of the Executive Leadership team, I am responsible for providing a coaching and mentoring leadership approach to fellow leaders and colleagues, as well as having ultimate ownership of all the marketing and growth activities for Natilik globally. All of this has meant year-on-year double-digit growth for Natalik since joining in 2019. Key responsibilities include everything from managing the Group\'s global sales and marketing P&L reporting, branding, and go-to-market strategies to value proposition building and lead generation, as well as client satisfaction, CRM implementation, data insight and so much more.
