ABOUT KIMBERLEY SPIVEY

I’ve spent over two decades helping organisations tell stories that bring people together — across platforms, teams and communities. After losing my husband, I learned something I never expected: when we lose our people, we often lose our places to connect. The social architecture of life disappears. That experience reshaped how I see communication.Belonging isn’t accidental — it’s built. And in a world of noise and disconnection, how we communicate really matters. My goal is communication that is clear, human and grounded in trust — spanning social media, PR, internal communications and storytelling. I work at the intersection of reputation, engagement and impact, helping organisations show up with credibility and connect meaningfully with the people who matter most.Alongside my in-house role, I work as a freelance consultant supporting brands and organisations across sectors to- Shape communications strategy and messaging- Build engaged audiences through social media and content- Translate complex or sensitive work into clear, accessible stories- Create campaigns and experiences that prioritise connection over noiseI’ve worked with hundreds of brands, supported national media activity, run a 24/7 press office, and led large-scale events — including as Event Director for TEDxLeamingtonSpa. I bring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a focus on what actually lands.I listen deeply. I translate insight into stories people care about. And I build communications that create trust, not just attention. Whether it’s digital or real-world, the goal is the same: creating spaces where people feel seen, heard and connected.
