A member of Perrigo\'s Global HR Leadership team, responsible for establishing the design, implementation and communication of the Total Rewards Strategy for a publicly held organization. Manages annual executive compensation cycle including insights, analysis and recommendations; providing support to CEO and Board Talent and Compensation Committee. In addition, leading large HR Transformation effort including the implementation of a global, cloud-based Human Capital Management System, leveraging Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service as well as utilizing a virtual People Solutions (HR shared services) function to deliver tiered services around “Moments that Matter” to our colleagues.
