I’m a hands-on HR professional and Manager, HR Business Partner, supporting both corporate and field operations. My focus is helping leaders solve problems, make data-driven decisions, and create an employee experience that supports engagement, growth, and overall business success.I partner closely with operational leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, covering areas like performance management, workforce planning, position management, employee relations, and HR analytics. I also collaborate with cross-functional HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Talent Development, to ensure seamless support across the employee lifecycle.I bring practical experience in HRIS administration, compliance, benefits, payroll, and even accounting, giving me a unique perspective to bridge HR and operational and financial needs.
