I am a dedicated Human Resources Generalist with over two years of experience in providing operational support to advance people initiatives and processes. I have a Master of Philosophy degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which enables me to apply evidence-based practices and insights to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. I am currently working at CUJO\'S BIG SMOKE BBQ LLC, a fast-growing and innovative restaurant chain that offers delicious and authentic barbecue cuisine.As an HR Generalist, I am responsible for managing talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance tasks. I have led and implemented several projects and programs that have improved employee engagement, retention, and performance. Some of my key achievements include leading a company-wide engagement survey and developing an action plan to increase engagement scores by 15%, managing recruitment and onboarding for the opening of five new stores in an 18-month period, and implementing a new HRIS system for modernized people processes and data analytics. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters learning, growth, and collaboration.
