ABOUT KIAN KARIMI

I am a Mechatronics Engineer with over 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, R&D, and product development. My work focuses on transforming innovative ideas into manufacturable products by combining mechanical design, simulation, and advanced manufacturing techniques.Throughout my career, I have led the development of complex mechanical systems across industries including clean energy, fuel cell technology, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing. I specialize in CAD design, Design for Manufacture (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and structural simulation using tools such as SolidWorks and ANSYS.Currently, I work as a Senior Mechanical Engineer where I design and prototype high-precision components, manage multi-million-dollar engineering projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production.I also have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and software development, with experience using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and computer vision tools to integrate intelligent systems into engineering solutions.Over the years, I have contributed to multiple patented technologies and helped teams secure over $50M in investor funding through successful product innovation.My passion lies in building practical, scalable technologies that solve real-world engineering challenges.
