Monitor, troubleshoot, operate, analyze and process experimental data from various adsorption/gas separation pilot test plants.• Work closely with R&D and other departments and communicate/present analyzed test results.• Participate and contribute to new sorbent characterization, Design of Experiment, cycle testing and process development and optimization using MATLAB, Python and Excel.• Project manager for the commissioning of contaminant gas (NOx, SOx) test station, design of experimental test plan and advanced data analysis.• Developed automation/control software to enhance process design, KPI and mass/energy balance calculation, data visualization and quality, and sorbent selection using Python. Improved testing accuracy and productivity. • Experience with Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P & ID), vacuum pumps, control and safety valves, mass spectrometers, heat exchangers, and humidifiers.• Actively participating in data engineering tasks such as ensuring data quality for advanced modelling and data migration projects.• Developing Machine Learning framework to support process optimization and process development.
