Embarking on my professional journey in 2019, I started with a BBA program, driven by a passion for understanding business dynamics. To complement my academic learning, I interned for 1.6 years in Human Resources and Operations, gaining hands-on experience in talent management and organizational processes. This practical exposure helped me secure a role at Wipro Ltd as a Health and Welfare Specialist, where I managed benefits for AT & T, a prominent US-based client, ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Transitioning to a Client Specialist role, I expanded my expertise by managing four diverse clients and navigating the challenges of virtual stakeholder management. This phase honed my skills as a team player, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication to deliver client-centric solutions. My professional experience of 2.1 years solidified my understanding of leadership, adaptability, and the importance of collaboration in driving success. Currently pursuing a PGDM at SOBD (20••••26) and serving as the Coordinator for the Finance Academy, I actively engage in leadership and collaborative initiatives, aligning with my goal of continuous growth and learning. I am focused on deepening my management expertise and upskilling in a dynamic business environment. Open to new challenges, I aim to lay a strong foundation in business and gain practical knowledge.
