Program Leadership: Responsible for tracking and reporting the enterprise wise RPA program with a total investment of USD 10 million. Providing comprehensive progress report to C-Suite executive across multiple domains.* Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive RPA strategy, identifying high-impact areas for automation and driving continuous process improvement. Currently working on 10 stakeholders for deployments of process. Total 150+ process deployed so far resulting in a savings of a million man-hours with efficiency of 85%.* Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to identify automation opportunities and drive the successful deployment of RPA solutions across various departments.* Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of RPA solutions. Conduct stakeholder management and drive initiatives to foster a culture of automation and innovation within the organization.* Budget and Resource Management: Plan, allocate, and optimize resources across multiple projects. Oversee budget planning and monitor program costs, ensuring efficient use of financial resources while delivering the expected benefits.* Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues related to RPA program delivery. Implement mitigation strategies and ensure escalations are handled effectively with senior leadership.* Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Develop performance metrics and standards to measure the effectiveness of the RPA program.* Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
